In their effort to bypass campaign finance laws and raise more money from their "pay to play" contributors, the Dumont Democrats have not only perfected, but in some ways orchestrated, "wheeling" their contributions.

   Taken directly from the Democrats 2007 New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Filings, the above depicts the various accounts to which their political donors are told to make payable their donation checks.  By doing this, the Democrats evade the limitations that any one individual or entity can contribute to any candidate in any given year.  While their contributors make their "limit" payment to any one account, they are then instructed to make  "limit" payments to each of the other accounts.  Hence, they are "wheeling" their contributions.  On the campaign side, each of the campaign accounts are then able to "wheel" their money to any one, or all, of the other accounts. 

   It is important to note that the above only shows what the Dumont Democrats have done.  When you consider that this is being done throughout Bergen County and all of its towns that the Democrats control, their campaign contributions increase exponentially at astounding rates.
