All of us have seen the Democrats' campaign pieces and mailers that contain quotes and phrases These quotes and phrases are used along with a supposed article and a date that the article supposedly appeared. The problem is that the article itself, the quotes or the statements made by the Democrats never appeared or existed.
Their tactics have become so prevalent that the top attorney for The Record sent the Dumont Democrats a "CEASE AND DESIST LETTER".
"We are in receipt of the attached campaign mailer sent to Dumont residents by your organization, which purportedly excerpts from articles published in The Record and Twin-Boro News. Because of the way the articles have been cited to, it seems that the excerpts that appear above the article citations are taken directly form the articles and this sis not the case.
"It is misrepresentation to cite our publications as source material for statements that were not contained within the articles. This is misleading readers".
Whenever McHale is asked about the cease-and-desist regarding his fabrications and falsehoods, he directs everyone to Dennis Oury, who just so happens to be the attorney for the Bergen County Democratic Organization. What a Coincidence !!!
Just like it was reported that McHale had an attorney when he illegally violated our state's campaign contribution requirements, he again finds himself with the need for an attorney !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHY IS IT THAT McHALE ALWAYS SEEMS TO NEED AN ATTORNEY ?
